Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
