Spicy roasted chickpeas with a honey glaze have a rich history dating back to the Middle East, where chickpeas are a staple ingredient. This dish combines the earthy flavors of chickpeas with the sweetness of honey, creating a delightful contrast of flavors. Renowned chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi have popularized this dish, infusing it with their own unique twists.
