  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and cook for 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs. Remove the eggs with a slotted spoon and place them in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Once cooled, carefully peel the eggs and set aside.
  • To assemble, place a few slices of avocado on each plate. Cut the soft-boiled eggs in half and place them on top of the avocado. Spoon the spicy crab mixture over the eggs and avocado. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
