  • Add the chicken strips to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until they are no longer pink in the center. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it becomes translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute.
  • Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper, and cook for 1 minute to toast the spices.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side.
  • To assemble the tacos, divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
