  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Season the chicken pieces with the spice mixture.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  • Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and cooked chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley and 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil.
  • Serve the spicy chicken alfredo hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
