  • 1 lb of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp of Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

  • Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
