Spicy Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and 1 tsp of paprika.
- Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, melt 1/4 cup of unsalted butter. Stir in 1/2 cup of hot sauce, 1 tbsp of honey, 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper, and 1/2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the fried wings to a large bowl and pour the spicy buffalo sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Serve the spicy buffalo wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
