Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1 tablespoon black pepper to create the dry rub.
  • Rub the dry rub all over the pork ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
  • While the ribs are baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by mixing 1 cup of BBQ sauce with 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
  • Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
