- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon salt, and 1 tablespoon black pepper to create the dry rub.
- Rub the dry rub all over the pork ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.

- Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F.
- Brush the ribs with the spicy BBQ sauce and return them to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
