Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste until well coated.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are in a single layer and not touching each other.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
