Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
  • Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, basting occasionally with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture.
  • Serve the spicy BBQ chicken hot and enjoy!
