Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the used marinade.
- Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, basting occasionally with the remaining BBQ sauce mixture.
- Serve the spicy BBQ chicken hot and enjoy!
