Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tofu with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cornstarch over the marinated tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Arrange the tofu cubes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the tofu for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy, flipping the tofu halfway through the baking time for even browning.
