Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes
 - 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
 - 1 tablespoon of honey
 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
 - Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
 - Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat the tofu with the marinade.
 - Place the tofu cubes on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.
 - Remove the tofu from the oven and drizzle with a little extra honey. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
