Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 6 ounces Spanish chorizo, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.

- Return the cooked chorizo to the skillet and toss to combine with the shrimp and garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp and chorizo mixture, and stir to incorporate.
