Italian

Spaghetti, a beloved Italian pasta, has a rich history dating back to the 12th century. Originating in Sicily, it gained popularity throughout Italy and beyond. The dish became a staple in Italian cuisine, with chefs in regions like Naples and Bologna adding their own unique twists. Today, the best spaghetti can be found in the heart of Italy, where traditional recipes are honored. The key to a perfect plate of spaghetti lies in the quality of the pasta and the sauce. While the classic spaghetti with marinara sauce is iconic, variations like spaghetti carbonara and aglio e olio offer delightful alternatives.
