  • 1/4 cup soyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss the cubed tofu with 2 tablespoons of soyaki sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Add the green onions, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and pour the remaining soyaki sauce over the tofu and vegetables. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated with the sauce.
  • Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles. Enjoy!
