Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the soy ginger glaze over them. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Grill the salmon for 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with the remaining glaze, until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
