  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp grated ginger, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the glaze has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning once halfway through cooking.
  • Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and brush the soy ginger glaze over the wings. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize.
  • Remove the chicken wings from the oven and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
