  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

Smoked chicken marinated in a spicy chipotle sauce has a rich history rooted in the culinary traditions of Mexico. The dish combines the ancient art of smoking meat with the bold flavors of chipotle peppers, creating a tantalizing fusion of smokiness and heat. Renowned chefs in regions like Oaxaca and Puebla have perfected this dish, infusing it with their own unique techniques and spice blends. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in authentic Mexican restaurants that prioritize traditional cooking methods and high-quality ingredients.
