Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 3 lbs pork baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a knife under it and then pulling it off.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the ribs into 3-4 rib sections and place them in the slow cooker.
- Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the ribs from the slow cooker and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Brush the ribs with additional BBQ sauce and broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve the ribs hot and enjoy!
