Instructions

  • Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the shrimp and garlic butter sauce.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice over the pasta and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Toss once more to combine.
