  • Pour the olive oil and spice mixture over the shrimp and vegetables, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and vegetable mixture to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a separate skillet or in the microwave.
  • Divide the shrimp and vegetable mixture evenly among the warm tortillas.
