Ingredients
- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks

- 2 tablespoons of honey

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Thread the shrimp and pineapple chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating between shrimp and pineapple.
- Brush the skewers with the prepared marinade, making sure to coat them evenly.
