Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning the fillets once.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  • Remove the salmon from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
  • Serve the sesame ginger salmon hot and enjoy!
