Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, turning the fillets once.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer the grilled salmon to a serving platter and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve the sesame ginger salmon hot and enjoy!
