  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, red onion, avocado, and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and honey to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Divide the salad onto 4 plates and top each with sliced seared tuna.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
