Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions
- Season the tuna steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over high heat. Sear the tuna for 1-2 minutes on each side for rare, or longer to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, hard-boiled eggs, green beans, red onion, avocado, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, and honey to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Divide the salad onto 4 plates and top each with sliced seared tuna.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
