In the United States, regions like the Midwest and the South have their own unique takes on sausage links, with each area adding its own twist of seasonings and cooking methods. Today, the best sausage links can be found in artisanal butcher shops and specialty restaurants, where the quality of the meat and the blend of spices are paramount.
