Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet. Toast them in the oven for 5 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown.
  • In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a cooked sausage patty on the bottom half of each croissant. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese. Place the baking sheet back in the oven for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Place a cooked egg on top of the cheese and cover with the top half of the croissant.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
