  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage patties over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Remove the sausage patties from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin. Top with a cooked sausage patty and a cooked egg. Place the top half of the English muffin on top.
  • Spread the remaining butter on the top half of each English muffin.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
