  • Add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of wasabi paste to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired pizza crust thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
