Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 1/2 cup of warm water
- 2 tablespoons of wasabi paste
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 8 oz of sashimi-grade fish (tuna, salmon, or yellowtail)
- 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt.
- In a small bowl, dissolve 1 tablespoon of dry yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
- Add the yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons of wasabi paste to the flour mixture. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired pizza crust thickness, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake the crust for 5 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Brush the crust with 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
- Arrange 8 oz of sashimi-grade fish, 1/2 cup of sliced cucumber, and 1/4 cup of sliced green onions on top of the crust.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sesame seeds over the toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish is just cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the pizza.
