Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 8 ounces of sashimi-grade tuna, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup of thinly sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup of thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup of sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to make the marinade.
