Ingredients
- 4 salmon skins
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the salmon skins and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup honey, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Place the salmon skins in a shallow dish and pour the honey mustard marinade over them, making sure they are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the marinated salmon skins on it, skin side down.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the skins are crispy and golden brown.
