Salmon burgers have a rich history, originating from the Pacific Northwest where salmon is abundant. Chefs in this region have long been known for their expertise in preparing this dish, using fresh, wild-caught salmon to create flavorful and juicy burgers. The popularity of salmon burgers has since spread across the United States, with many restaurants offering their own unique twists on the classic recipe. The key to a perfect salmon burger lies in the quality of the fish and the balance of seasonings. Today, some of the best versions of this dish can be found in coastal regions known for their seafood, such as Seattle and Portland. Whether grilled, pan-seared, or baked, the succulent flavor of the salmon shines through, making it a favorite alternative to traditional beef burgers.
