Ingredients
- 2 pounds of small red potatoes, quartered
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, toss 2 pounds of quartered red potatoes with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper until the potatoes are evenly coated.
