  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Slice off the top of the head of garlic to expose the cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until slightly chunky.
  • Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and mash them into the avocado.
  • Stir in the red onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the guacamole with cayenne pepper before serving.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks, and enjoy!
