Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
