Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend 1 cup of raw walnuts until finely ground.
  • Add 1 cup of pitted dates, 3 tablespoons of raw cacao powder, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to the food processor with the ground walnuts.
  • Process the mixture until it forms a thick, sticky dough.
  • Using your hands, roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and place them on a plate.
  • If desired, roll the brownie bites in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut to coat the outside.
