The dish typically consists of pasta, grilled chicken, a creamy and spicy chipotle sauce, and sometimes, jalapenos or other peppers for an extra kick. The name "rattlesnake" comes from the heat and spiciness of the dish, which is said to mimic the bite of a rattlesnake.
