The Rainbow Bagel, a colorful and visually stunning twist on the classic New York bagel, rose to fame in the early 2010s. Created by Scot Rossillo, the "World's Premier Bagel Artist" and owner of The Bagel Store in Brooklyn, these vibrant treats quickly became an Instagram sensation. The process of making these bagels involves layering and twisting different colored doughs to create a mesmerizing rainbow effect. The bagels are then boiled and baked to perfection, resulting in a chewy yet soft texture. Today, The Bagel Store continues to draw crowds seeking the ultimate rainbow bagel experience, complete with fun and flavorful cream cheese spreads.
