Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef, 1 chopped onion, and 2 minced garlic cloves over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain off any excess fat.
  • Season the beef mixture with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour until smooth. Gradually stir in 2 cups of beef broth until well combined.
