Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ground coriander, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- Add the pork strips to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated pork strips onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Brush the grill grates with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
