Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves

- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1/2 cup club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle 1/4 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, 6-8 fresh mint leaves, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar until the pineapple is crushed and the mint leaves are bruised.
