Instructions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the grill with olive oil and place the burger patties on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  • While the burgers are cooking, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make the spicy sriracha mayo.
  • When the burgers are almost done, spread the pimento cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt slightly.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
  • To assemble the burgers, spread the spicy sriracha mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Place a pimento cheese-topped burger patty on top, then add lettuce, tomato, and onion as desired. Top with the other half of the bun.
  • Serve the pimento cheese burgers with extra sriracha mayo on the side, if desired. Enjoy!
