  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the stuffed chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the prosciutto is crispy and the chicken is golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
