Ingredients
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup arugula
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the flatbread and spread it evenly with a brush or the back of a spoon.
