- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together 2 ripe bananas, mashed, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon salt until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly, pressing it down with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
