Ingredients
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz pimentos, drained and chopped
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of grated sharp cheddar cheese, 8 oz of softened cream cheese, and 1/2 cup of mayonnaise.
- Add 4 oz of chopped pimentos, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp of onion powder to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the pimento cheese to a serving dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
