Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fries
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dip the zucchini fries into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated zucchini fries on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the zucchini fries are golden and crispy.
