Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of bread crumbs, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the melted butter, then press into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides. Place coated chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
