Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, and 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives to make the herbed aioli. Set aside.
  • Season the 4 cod fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
