Pad Prik King is a popular Thai stir-fry dish featuring crispy green beans and tender meat, such as pork or chicken, in a spicy red curry paste. This flavorful dish has a rich history rooted in Thai culinary traditions, with its origins in the central region of Thailand. Renowned chefs and restaurants in Bangkok, such as Bo.Lan and Nahm, have elevated the dish to new heights, showcasing the perfect balance of heat and aromatic spices. The key to a delicious Pad Prik King lies in the quality of the curry paste and the freshness of the green beans.
