Ingredients
- 1 lb of ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 Thai bird's eye chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup of fresh holy basil leaves
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped chilies, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the ground chicken and stir-fry until cooked through, breaking up any lumps.
- Stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar, and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the fresh holy basil leaves and stir-fry until wilted.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with steamed rice.
